Your reps cannot be expected to work 24/7 yet there are sometimes issues that arise after regular business hours and on weekends. Phone support at those times would have helped greatly.
The team there is great. For the most part everyone was very pleasent and easy to deal with. They were encouraging and very responsive to my needs and questions regarding my mortgage. They gave me a sense of comfort through this whole process.

Mary was outstanding. It seemed that once the process got into underwriting it went into a black hole. A closing date was much set from the beginning to meet but it seemed underwriting stalled the process resulting in the closing date to move.
My loan officer was very thorough, patient and kind.
