Underwriter kept coming up with different list of things at least 4 times should have been just one time so closing got dragged out. Everything was given to you up front but someone didn't review the file to find what the underwriter was asking for.
Only mins after my inquiry, I was contacted. Every question I had was answered. Never was left in the dark and had updates given as they came in. We ran into many hurdles along the way, only to be addressed and resolved. VU is the and only way to go!
