Even though it wasnt a face to face business deal ( which for some is hard) they were honest and very forthrite. If something wasnt right or if you as the buyer couldnt do it they would let you know and wont sugar coat it to appease you.

Great experience in all phases. Lighthouse, loan, real estate, and all involved in our loan process. Very timely responses on any and all questions and concerns. Never felt like we were being pushed aside or a burden. Great program and people.

Commication was lacking at times. The fact I was told I would have to spend more money at closing, when I was told I receive money was not pleasing.
