The process was very quick. When I was asked to provide documents they where quickly reviewed and I didn't have to keep providing the same document.
Because of some items in the past 2 years we were not sure if the application would go through. Even down to the very last day. It seemed like the individual that was working on the loan needed the same info several times.
A few days before, my realtor had to call Veteran's United to find out why the paperwork had not shifted to the title company. There were delays at Veteran's United. Vet's United had to be called to force the Funding to get processed on closing day
