The disclosure dept needs work. I received a packet with the sale price of 132K and told to sign and date and return certain items. I then called to let my loan officer know of the error and I was sent a new packet but told to return nothing. wrong
Collin was awesome. If it was not for him and his encouragement I would have given up a long time ago. He kept everything positive and moving forward.
