The underwriters are very very picky and can't think for them selfs. Not taking into consideration any of my income and then asking a explanation on why such a large amount of money is deposited every 2 weeks. Really dumb on there part.

Very little paperwork on my end, just had to facilitate pertinent documents
They were sometimes not available when I had concerns or questions but they always got back to me promptly. It was just hard to know when they were in the office or not. An e-mail about their available days and times would have been helpful.
