The process was very easy from the first phone cal until my closing date. Jon and Kendall made things super easy and were always available when I needed them.
Overall the whole experience was painful. While I do appreciate the end result and everyone was doing their best, it felt like it was the first time anyone handled the paperwork of an actual loan.
