I don't believe it was your company, but the VA or the underwriters were asking what seemed like duplication of information that I had to resubmit on several occasions. This part of the loan process was frustrating!

Amber Brown is the most meticulous, enthusiastic person I have had the pleasure of doing business with. All should emulate her positive attitude and patience.
Loan Officer was great but, some of the processes were less than stellar.
We had a bit of snag on ordering VA Appraisal. We were told it was ordered on May 15th and it didn't get to the Appraiser until May 22nd. He was very quick to get it done once he got it.

I rated the company low because of the underwriters. Aimee Hall was outstanding! She gets a 10. The other people involved in the process seemed to lack the knowledge necessary to produce our loan. We were told one thing then something else repeatedly
I would have to review time line of when different processes where initiated. I say this as the closing was delayed by 2 weeks after being pre approved.

Ms Matlack and Mr Schauffler handle my loan request as if it was their own. They both worked real close with me throughout the entire process, and showed a lot of professionalism.
Mortgages are such a process and the personal touch of just picking up the phone and responding to emails timely was priceless. Loved my team headed by Maureen O'Hare from start to finish.

seems like only negative I had was the last minute stuff that ended up delaying my closing on 3 separate times should have been prevented by a quality check by someone before papers going to the underwriters
