All went well till it was time to get the HUD-1. I had no time to review prior to closing and closing was delayed from AM to PM.

this purchase was by far my worst experience buying a home. I found out that the IRS can really mess things up for a home buyer and they will not assist in correcting any wrong on their part.

The title company rep "Tommy" left a lot to be desired. Sending the wrong paperwork, then sending incomplete paperwork. I was out of town working through a local bank and had to return several times. Irritating.

I was very pleased to work with Rick and his loan team especially Emilee and Emilee Rickard and all the group everybody was standing on getting my loan process even though we had some problems with the appraisal etc. and sometimes communications but
Both Billy Abney and Presley Ray had some complications that arose from various sources in getting the loan approved and demonstrated patience, outstanding professionalism, and efficiency to bring all issues to closure.
It was an eye opening experience, but everything did go well.
