They were easy to work with and did it all over phone/email. I also thought it was very thoughtful when they sent us little gifts for Shelby. No bank that I have ever heard of has done that for anybody. Great interest rates as well.

Overall experience was good, but I would have appreciated a little more communication.
More needed information and questions answered up front would have been better so that underwriting would have needed to come back to us as often. It was hard due to the factl that records were hard to get to in storage.
