they kept switching us from one person to another and they didn't communicate very well...had to send them documents 2 to 3 different times..also they had us get test done that we didn't need to get they wasn't sure what test we needed ...
Sam was the Best. Always returned called promptly and knew exactly what was going on with the process. Knew and remembered everyone's name we we're working with. We can't say enough good things about Sam.
