Veterans United was the only one to say "Yes, you can buy a condo that does not allow rentals even though VA Loans permit such rentals. We will attach to your loan documents a statement sworn by you that you will not rent the condo you are buying."
Nobody at the condo community of well over 3,000 condos knew of or used such a remedy for the Condo Association regulations against condo rentals. Every Florida agent (except the VU agent) said it was impossible to buy a condo here with a VA loan.
I can only say my recommendation for your company is the very highest. All of your people that dealt with me were outstanding. Your Internet website is very user-friendly. I liked it very much. The concierge Function was new to me and so very helpful. Great idea. The loan coordination was very user-friendly and greatly helped keep the process going in the right direction at all times. Want to know what clutch means? Look it up then put Ryan Schuermann’s name next to it. First home he battled to help us get through a negative situation and promised If it falls through he would take care of us and he did. Second home he was checking in almost daily to see where everyone was at in the process. Me and my wife only had to follow his lead. Even our realtor said she wish he was in her field cause she would hire him off of his tenacity!!! We love RYAN and oh he provided little gifts each month throughout the whole process. BEST EXPERIENCE through a difficult and gruesome process.

The VA process is very intense. Most business days, 2 to as many as 5, response requests were received in my email. And when you believe you are in perfect shape, and received an all-clear, you receive a to-do requesting your previous months bank statement showing ALL SOURCES OF YOUR FUNDS FROM CLOSING. Would have been a keen idea to tell me to move brokerage $$$ in advance instead of jumping through panic hoops!
