To have knowledge on the state the closing is happening about who needs to be present at signing. Closing was delayed because I didn't know my wife still had to sign papers even though she wasn't on the mortgage and she was in another state.
mr parker was considerate, thoughtful and always looking out for our best interesrs. we truly enjoyed doing business with him.
My 2 LO was very helpful and full of information. Towards the end the process was very frustrating for us, but it was nothing that my LO couldn't handle. They done a awesome job and was always a phone call or email away.
