Was not told correct information and was pushed back on closing for a week and a half because was sent wrong paperwork from mortage company. Appraiser was sent out before the inspection was done and we did not want house but had to pay appraiser.
Dmitry and Jerry are outstanding individuals and professionals. Without those two on our team we would not have bought a house last Wednesday. Also Dmitry worked harder than anyone else on this.

It was a good experience. I believe it would be better if loan processors have a list of all the items that are needed it for closing, instead of asking for docs at different times.

Not sure about the dual agent thing. My agent was good but could have been a little more aggressive. they are both trying to satisfy their customers.
