The size of the documentation packages requires careful threading and streamlining to get through it. VU has perfected the process, and I think also found the correct balance between electronic and physical transfer of documents and information.

This was my 2nd home purchase and I decided to shop around for a loan this time( including USAA and Quicken). V United was by far the best. I really like I was contacted by 'customer care team'(I may have the wrong name) to let me know they were there if I had any concerns about anything. I didn't have any questions that my load specialist didn't answer fully. But It was good to know they were there . It let me know everything would be done above board and fairly. Also, I like how the paper work(GFE ect..) came with detail explanations of everything of how and why. Very educational
