The whole process took longer than I expected. Some of my original expectations were unrealistic and some of the things took longer because only one person was working at a time. Overall good experience.

Cole Crawford was on point from the very first conversation we had. He was thorough and polite. His customer service was outstanding and because of him I will recommend Veterans United to all of my friends and family
I would recommend. However, certain things I would get in writing. Like at closing, I had to pay 590.00 to escrow but I was reapeatedly told by my VU team that I would have no out of pocket expenses at closing. I was even in the seminar when it was said by Tony as well. Yet, somehow I had to pay more money to escrow.

James was great! We closed on a VA loan in about 25 days. Had never met him or discussed a loan prior. Met him and he stated he could deliver the loan by the end of the month and he did.
