this is a great company to help veterans obtain houses with confidence under the leadership of people like Nick Kundert. You need other people like Nick kundert in your organization to care about the veterans they serve and care about there situation
It was great no hassle with anything. They all were very knowledgeable.
Very professional, they do not waste time, they get the job done.

I have already told my brother, who is also a Veteran, about the great service I have received from VU. Keep up the good work!
My experience with Veterans United has been wonderful. Everyone was courteous and professional. This has been by far the most pleasant experience I've had obtaining a home loan. I would like to thank everyone who helped me through the process.
Excellent service from start to finish!
Ginny and Jamie are the best!
Eric Wessel, Was a great person to work with. This was the best loan officer I have ever worked with.
Would have preferred to have all loan document requests come in one package, as opposed to via several requests.

I really like the personal update phone calls during this stressful time
All of the people helping me with my loan were extremely profesional and friendly. They responded to my questions quickly and resolved issues in a timely manner to keep things on track.
I have recommended Veterans Home Loans to three friends who are currently looking to purchase within the next 90 days
with bank owned houses a reality you should have some room to delay repairs of a house until you actually complete the purchase of the property.Maybe require the cost of repairs to be placed in a special account. I had to put thousands of dollars into the house to replace some floors before I knew for 100% sure I was going to get it . Anything could have happened and I would have been out that money and the fat bank would be a litttle fatter.
