Even though we did receive the loan for the home, there we many unanswered questions or different answers depending on who was asking the question.
I have several friends that have purchased homes and they said it was a horrible experiencec that their loan officers never returned their phone calls and actually talked down to them because they didn't understand the process. That was NOT the case with my experience.
Absolutely great working with Brandon Crites and Cameron Hofmeister. These two were outstanding and were always available if I had any questions and were always on top of everything when it came to communication with my realtor/builder. AWESOME GUYS!
