Awesome experience. I think most of the things that made the loan process unpleasant is just the industry in general and had nothing to do with veterans United home loans. Shannon Workman kept us informed and updated every step of the way.
The only thing that I would have changed is the fact that I had no idea about the VA funding fee until after the offer was accepted and we had conditional underwriting approval. That information is important to share with prospective home buyers.
My closing was delayed one day due to overload w/ the paperwork prep team - but my loan officer kept me informed, explained the reasons for delay, & made sure changes were coordinated. Without the efforts of my loan officer, my rating would be lower.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!
