they helped with all home aspects I wish they would explain the process a little bit better from the loan where it originates, to the survey, the entire order of things. But they were magnificent in the handling of the whole process and i thank them

Was very satisfied with loan specialist but felt like some of the questions of the junior underwriter were redundant. If they had reviewed the documents that were previously provided before asking questions which delayed closing into Oct.
Very professional, friendly and helpful. Always answered questions quickly and made entire process stress free.
