seems like only negative I had was the last minute stuff that ended up delaying my closing on 3 separate times should have been prevented by a quality check by someone before papers going to the underwriters

Such a great experience. I am pleased to say everything went very smoothly. I have heard in the past how difficult VA Loans were during the process but I have to say we had no problems!
In the middle and end of our loan process, the "Loan Specialist" came back to us asking us to sign multiple forms we had already signed, then , found out we didn't NEED to "redo" after all.
The experience went very smooth and timely.
