Need to have a network of title Companies in all states that you service. When your title company closed it created a major problem for me. I had to find my on title company. The title company that I had used when I was a loan officer stepped in and closed this loan. I would recommend that you use them for any loans in Kentucky. Mainous & Grant. 859-231-8004
