Very quick, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Ensured every step of the loan process was explained and ensured updates were provided. After dealing with Quicken loans having a local expert like Chris Cano and his team was a perfect example of "you get what you pay for" the cost were a little higher but the final product was exaclty what was discussed in the beginning.
