We were not aware of difference in inspection type that the VA required and our state required. Example. VA requires all buildings on a property to be inspected. NC state law says exterior building inspection isn't necessary and help up closing

I was not pleased with the overall handling of the entire process, but in the end, it got done. Since the problems caused by VU did not keep me from getting the home, I did not score lower.
Very quick and easy,good communication overall. At the end no one called to let us know the appt time or the $$ amount needed for the Title company at closing, so we missed the am appt. Also, some paperwork was missing- had to sign remainder next day
