It is the professionalism of your loan officers that has sold me on Veterans United Home Loans. Most loan companies offer similar deals and rates. However, it is the employees separate your organization form the others I have dealt with. This includes several highly rated lan companies. Keep the single loan officer concept it works.
A pleasure doing business with a company that exhibits a professional attitude toward its clients.
Ryan and Stefanie were a joy to work with and were very patient with a first time home buyer
Jeff Magsamen and his team were great to work with.. Justin Napier was fantastic and was always there to answer any questions I had. We were clear to close 30 days prior to closing and Justin always made a point to reach out to me just to check in.
Veterans United was a great mortgage company that is very knowledgable and easy to work with for veterans using VA Home loans such as myself!!
Veterans United was great and always ahead of the game! I definitely recommend to service members alike!
The support of our team at Veterans United Home Loan was outstanding. From begining to end the service was professional and clear to follow. The end result was a perfectly matched home to our budget and our dreams.
I highly recommend VU to everyone. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently. From the Lighthouse program through closing, everyone was professional and proactive. They were patient and endured hours of my inquiries.
Chad was awesome always proactive, any issues we had if he didn't have the answer he got the answer for us quickly.
No one there seemed reaady to step up and correct a very basic mistake about how the loan was initialy applied for.. The loan was entered into as a new build and I should have been advised that it should be considered a VA Home Builder Loan where I was the builder/contractor. Since it wasn't there was exceedingly long delays that were just left hanging and not one person stepped up and made the decisions that could have sped things up. Because of that I was charged for three different appraisals. The last time the appraiser came to the house he apologized to me saying he had declared the home ready for closing at more than 90% complete two months earlier. He said the problem was not with him or VA Loan rules, it was the Loan Company. And he has years of experience and this was the first time he had seen this happen. There seems to be little direct correspondence between departments and also the appraiser. An email and a lick and a promise won't due when there are problems. Someone needs to take the time to make a phone call. I reapeateldy told my loan specialist to PLEASE call instead of an email if he required something. After not hearing for days, I would call him to find out he needed something else from me. I seemed to always have to ask.
There's too many people involved and you never get to meet anyone in person. I wasn't kept up to date and sometimes it was hard to reach them.
very easy
Will and chris were fabulous to work with. their ability to answer each question and always get back to me and keep me posted was essential.
Everyone who was involved in our process was extremely helpful and professional. I really appreciated the attention to detail that kept our loan moving at a fast pace.
Andy was fantastic and I've recommended him to everyone I know! I work at a financial institution and just can't say enough wonderful things about his assistance!
