The overall experience was good for my family. Jon Lucas and his team worked hard to get my paperwork in order and to get me the loan I need to purchase my new home. The only negative issue I had was there was a $6K processing fee at clsoing that was added onto my home loan that I was not aware of. I wish I would have had a better understanding of that charge before I signed. All in all a great experience and I will use the company again in the future.
