Always having a secondary LO on duty to answer questions. One this that was an issue was getting the LO on the phone and returning calls. I understand when people are out of the office but I really could help
VUHL could start collecting the documents required for the loan a little earlier. We felt a little rushed to get all the documents at once. Other than that the experience was very pleasant considering our circumstance.
