Since we were unable to have contact with our processor due to licensing issues, the process was not transparent as it should be. I work in the mortgage business and have for over 20 years and the things that held up our approval and closing were very avoidable with some transparency in place. Our loan officer Celina Mowrey did her best to help us and keep us informed, but is seemed even she was blocked from processing and was unable to have direct discussion with the underwriter of our loan. There is a severe disconnect! The system is flawed and should be re-structured.Thank goodness Celina pushed the loan through for us, she must have been quite frustrated with the process, but remained very professional and helpful!
