Loan officer was great. Still having someone send me documents to sign two weeks after loan closed and sellers had their money was not great. VU needs to improve shared information between VU and the title company.
I think you need to have better communication in office, especially if some one will be out of the office for any reason... A back up adviser or assistant to your loan officers. My experience was OK and everything went through, however I could have used a little more detail when going to closing....
