Everything went great untill it went to the underwriter. That's when things got stupid they never seemed to have enough paper work and they would ask for stuff i already signed and sent not to mention they seemed to take to take forever.
It took longer than I anticipated and it seemed like the underwriter "made up the rules" as they went along.
Overall an easy painless enjoyable process for a first time home buyer.
