We were quite pleased with the entire loan process at Veterans United. The only way to have received all 10’s is prevent entire teams from going on vacation the week of a holiday. We lost an entire week during 4th of July despite it being a 1-day mid-week event. It’s frustrating getting third string emails from people you’ve never heard of when things are close to completion.
From start to finish the time for turn around was amazingly fast , I want to thank the whole team for their hard work a day dedication
Like every other lender, the fees are ridiculous especially when the borrower is paying a significant interest rate on the loan. Origination fees and all the other fees seem ludacris.But, overall it was a great experience.
