The only thing that got a little upsetting was the request for current a LES when the past LES had the forcasted amounts for the next months pay and earning listed.I understand the requirement but it seemed a little crazy. It had nothing to do with the loan officer.

Everything was excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the communication of what is expected to happen closer to the closing time. For example I didn't know I needed a $0 balance on my credit card at closing until 2 business days before closing. That held up the closing process, but if I knew that earlier on than I would have had that all set right from the get go. Other than little things such as this, it was a great experience and smooth process. I know with all that is needed to complete this loan process that it could be way more difficult and confusing than what it was, so I appreciate everyone's help in making this the easiest that it could be for me. Just want to Thank everyone for their help..
