To much duplicate paperwork and continued questioning that was unnessary. Personnel was great to work with and very professional. Paperwork that could have been copied and distributed to all personnel was not and required us to continue filling out.

At times there were lapses in communication between VU and the title company as well as some delay in VU contacting my wife's employer for verification (we were told that VU had the wrong contact information but there was no followup to correct.
