VUHL made my Home Purchase a very pleasant experience, and I don't see where VUHL need to improve, and my Loan Officer Dan O'Hearn was very Professional during the process, he always kept me & my wife up to date thur the process, I will tell my military family & friends about VUHL.
Nothing seemed to need improvement, everything worked smoothly and wonderfully!
Keep being thorough and transparent as much as possible. Communication is the key.
I really can't think of anyway to better serve future military homeowners.
Two of the required repairs required to be done were quite minor did add to the value of the home. I did not feel they should have been required.

Better explain the fee that is paid to the VA up front at the start of the process. There was a bit of confusion on my part about that.
I had a great experience as a first time buyer. Can't think of anything to change! Dave was quick to respond and stayed on top of my loan process; give him a raise!!!
EXPLAIN THAT THIS A SOMETIMES SLOW PROCESS
Let clients know specifically about Pest Inspection and Well Test requirements sooner in the process. These things can take time to schedule and if issues arise may delay processing as it did in our case. The over 6 week delay cost us $1800 in points to secure the rate. Not to mention the cost of the inspections and treatments.
