My experience was great, I had no problems with VUHL. Alberto and Holly were always more than helpful. The only suggestion that I would post is that the person who completed my appraisal was terrible, he was more than two weeks late and it seemed like he couldn't care less.
Eric Wessel and Dan Kelly provided me with the information that i needed to continue the process of complete my Home Loan. No improvement is needed line of contacts was open I could always speak to eric whenever i called . Timeline was complete at close date.
Please take my advice with a bit of salt. The loan officer had a good demeanor and I suspect was newer to the role. For what some consider a cream puff refinance in present times (Cash Call or equivalent), the streamline refi required 3 months and 8 touch points. 5 of which I provided 24 hour TAT or less. The other 3 were within 72 hours. My suggestion is that you minimize touch points if possible. Otherwise your offering to service men and women is top notch.

The process seemed easy and streamlined.
There is only one reason that I did not score this as a 10 out of 10. There needs to be a method to the madness..... It seemed to me like that we were being asked for "prove this/prove that" information way too late in the game. I mean we had already paid for Inspections, retainers and even the VA appraisal and the Friday before I was told was the original closing date I was hit with so much that I had to pray that I could find that I almost walked away. This tells me that there is not a solid system backing it.

The entire process, although not stress-free, was one that we have no complaints about. Kody and Holly did and outstanding job! Their efforts will be appreciated for years to come. We truly are now in our dream home!
By continuing the way the company handles each home loan case and having each loan officers be proactive is the best way. VUHL is already doing this and based on my experience I have no complaints and nothing but Compliments!!!
The loan tracker was very inaccurate. I checked it daily and at one point it said I had outstanding items and was overdue on stages. I called Roxanne Helmka about it and she assured me that I was on track and need not worry about what the loan tracker said. Pleas make sure you update the loan tracker for future home buyers using your VUHLs.

Honestly there is nothing more I believe Garrison Foster or Victor Johnson could have done any if differently than they did. Both were always very helpful ,professional , organized and answered any questions or concerns I had thru the process.
From my experience I do not see any improvement needed. I had excellent customer service. The team was awesome. Ben Choi went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had a smooth transition while building our home. God Bless the VUHL team an keep taking care of families!
