I don't really see where much improvement is needed on my loan everything just seemed to flow right along.one never knows what the under writer needs but that seemed to go pretty easy as well
None , you a great job!
No improvement needed, you guys are great.
Better communication between ya'll and the realtor and the insurance company.
Underwriting should have an idea of what they want or need from clients before the last minute.
Shorten the process down to less than 4 months.
All needed documents and information should be requested in a timely manner. We had to resend many supporting documents (bank statements, 402k statement, proof of income, etc.) because they became outdated as the process drug on. In addition, our contact left the company and his computer was not accessible for a period of time, thereby delaying our loan. We had to pay twice for a termite inspection because of all the delays. From start to approval was over 200 days. The signing process had over 130 pages and required 3 hours with the notary. Perhaps the VA should consider speed up the process and reduce the amount of paperwork. We have heard that Quicken Loans documents contain less than 15 pages.
YOU GUYS FREAKING ROCK!!!!!
well two things left until late in the game that caused us to close 18 dayes past the day we had planded to close. #1 we had to test the water at the house and were not told untill 2 days before closing had to pay for rush testing and this was not well water #2 we were told that we need to write letters to prove that we were going to live in the house after we bought it. letter after letter
not really sure, i had nothing but a great experience, my only complaint is that my closing was delayed a week because of a handrail that needed to be put up on the front porch. i feel that was pointless, mainly due to the fact where we live, it was down in the negative temps that week, and you wanted someone outside working...really irratating. and then an ispector had to come back and reinspect the work, a waste of $75....
I really don't have any complaints. Ross and Matt both worked hard to make this loan work. I think they did a great job.
A better understanding of how military works. Some of the requested papers from my chain of command was papers that were not something they normally fill out.
Make a list of all the forms that you will need to process the loan. Let the buyer know that they will be required to show all address that they have lived in the past ten years (I have moved frequently and had a hard time remembering when and where I lived. Send a list of required documents early in the loan process so the buyer can start the search for them.
Let us know what is needed up front and give realistic time frames. My hous closing was postponed 3 times.
There really are no negatives whatsoever that I feel would need to be improved on. Your team consisting of Mark Dischert and Dan Perry are an incredible pair. They are totally professional and knowledgeable and have a thorough understanding of your customers needs and do all that is necessary to make the job of buying a house a pleasureable experience for the buyer and I have nothing but praise for these two businessman. I would venture to say that your organization has discovered true talents to have on your team and I wish them both and you all the success for the future. With kind regards,Sonja and Buck Buckalew

Thank you for everything VUHL!
The lenth of time to close the loan was longer than expected or stated.
Honestly, there is not one thing I can think of that could have made my home buying process more smiple. My Loan Officer, David French, was wonderful. He went the extra mile to help me out any way he could. Often times he would wait late for me to get off work just to be able to answer questions.
I think you are all doing a wonderful job. Don't change.
Everything went well.
