The only thing i would say is, when you have some information or need something in a timly fashion do not simply email and then not answer the phone. Other than that everything went well.

The negative issues I was disappointment by during this experience were the changes in interest rate upon locking in, and closing cost issues. My agent was very helpful in explaining why each event occurred ( my financials, etc.) and I am happy with the overall purchasing through Veterans United experience.
