Stop asking for so many bank statements.
Keep up the great work..
Everything
It's not VUHL that needs critical review but the rules & regs that are cumbersome. I call it the shotgun approach to fixing things that works by penalizing everybody because someone somewhere got away with something and now everyone must suffer. Your staff was gracious and hard working in the face of these difficulties and I wish to extend my hearty thanks to them for helping me through that gauntlet. You may assume that I received less than even adequate care from other lenders, even my own bank that I've been a customer with for years. Your company had foresight and a mission to help GIs and it shows in spades.I especially want to thank Will McCullah for all his help and patience. Keep up the good work.
I don't know how to improve on perfection. Ben was great he was always there to help with anything we needed. If all of your agents are like him then you are in great shape .
More adverstisement.
The underwriters need to request everything they will need on the first review, instead of coming back several times for additional information.
It would be helpful to early-on be given an estimate of, perhaps, the average timeline from first contact to closing. I would imagine that most folks are first time borrowers from VU, so a timeline would moderate undue expectations.

Understanding and compassion was great
I'm sure there are always to improve in any area but I just want to say that I am very pleased and happy with my experience with Veterans United Home Loans. Both Derek Kriegshauser and Zachary Fitzgerald were very courteous and professional throughout my loan process keeping me informed and up-to-date during each step. I am now a proud first-time homeowner and will definitely recommend VUHL to my friends and family. Thank you. -E Tabalno
Think about expanding services to include information about budgeting, savings and investing. Also, you should ask your clients if they have any financial concerns that might require assistance in the future.

Be sure to go over the numbers as far as total costs for closing with the client. My loan officer went over the numbers as far as my monthly payments that fell within my range but was surprised with more than what I was expected to bring to the closing table.

give more information about the process. I had no idea my loan was going to be handled by 3 different people. Sometimes it just felt like I was going around in circles with things that I asked. When things are doing over the internet there is always that loss of not doing things face to face. So it would be more vital to make sure all questions are answered.
No improvement necessary. Outstanding program, protocol, and especially outstanding people.
I gave this initial rating a 9. I myself, was fine with the service but as with all things, there is room for improvement. However, with me just dealing with the L.O, I gave him a 10.
Improve? Veterans United is one of the most Professional and Very Respected Agencies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. VA Loan Specialist Ryan Kluttz is really on the job and he know what he's doing. He very professional and he easy to talk to and lets you know step by step whats going to happen. I would Highly recommend Ryan to anyone! Thank you very much for all your help.Christopher Palmer
I feel that you should explain the process better overall
