give more information about the process. I had no idea my loan was going to be handled by 3 different people. Sometimes it just felt like I was going around in circles with things that I asked. When things are doing over the internet there is always that loss of not doing things face to face. So it would be more vital to make sure all questions are answered.

I gave this initial rating a 9. I myself, was fine with the service but as with all things, there is room for improvement. However, with me just dealing with the L.O, I gave him a 10.
Improve? Veterans United is one of the most Professional and Very Respected Agencies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. VA Loan Specialist Ryan Kluttz is really on the job and he know what he's doing. He very professional and he easy to talk to and lets you know step by step whats going to happen. I would suggest a good Quality Control system to ensure all documents are appropriately transferred from the intake person to the loan officer.

Overall Veterans United Home officers did everything possible to help us secure our loan as swiftly and promptly as they could have.We hit a few snags with the sell of our other home but they bared with us and made us feel better about getting over the obsticules. I would recommend any veteran to go thru United home loans.
I thought VUHL made the process so easy that I don't see anything that needs improvement.
Perhaps some type of advertising. We did not know where to start looking when we decided to use my veteran benefit for a home loan. I believe it was just by chance that we decided to use your services. As far as improving what you are doing now after someone locates your offices, I don't think there is anything that my wife or I could say need improvement. We were kept well informed throughout the entire process and were treated very well by each and every representative that contacted us either by telephone or email. Outstanding customer service skills.
To be noticed more I would recommend advertising more in the service papers Navy Times, etc. My family and I were extremely happy with how smooth process actually was as first time home buyers. Thank you!
My loan was processed in a manner I had hoped for, and other than the length of time for it to all come together could have been shorter, I know nothing that could have been done differently.

I'm not sure. The problems I had with securing the loan in a timely manner came from local government and not VUHL. I will say the folks I worked with at VUHL were professional, courtious, and freindly through out the process and stayed with it when I was ready to throw in the towel. For this I am extreemly grateful. Thanks Jessica!
None the service was great
My loan officer was hard to get ahold of and did not return calls for days at a time. His general explanation of the loan process and next steps were poor. Often times I had to initiate follow up contact to understand current status and next steps. Stefanie Cade, our Loan Specialist also was difficult to reach and did not return calls in a timely manner. Most of our correspondences were via email because of this. She would email me a document to complete, sign, and return without any explanation regarding the pertinence of the document. My overall satisfaction with either my Loan Officer or Loan Specialist was not positive and I will never use VUHL again. I will caution my friends and family by sharing my experience so they can brace themselves should they choose to do business with you.

It got a little nerve racking when certain documents were required that prompted me to pull a lot of strings on my end in my specific circumstances.
I don't know if this is something that you all can change, but if the in-depth credit check can be done before the pre approval. This would reduce the stress level for buyers and they would have and exact idea of the amount of loan money that they have to shop with.
Ensure to properly check all the information submitted before calling back requesting the same information be sent again.
VUHL 's Teams have a Special talent to deal with People and help us to gain the right spirit to go forward even when things might seem going the opposite way.
They are doing good.
Perhaps make a better consolodated list of items needed to close (more of a checklist approach if you will).
