Continue to provide Veterans with an advance checklist of items needed to ensure that the loan and paperwork goes through fast and efficiently.
I would not improve anything. My Loan Officer filled me every step of the way. My Loan Officer was very polite, prompt, and very informative. I am very happy with the service that was provided.
Keep doing what you do best helping veterans.
nothing that i can think of right now,
I really can't think of anything that they need to improve on. Ross and Ryan both made the process of purchasing our home less stressful than our previous loan. They were very helpful when any problem arose. I would like to thank Ross for answering my email so promptly when I was in search of a VA loan servicing company. Will recommend VUHL to anyone in search of a VA loan. Thanks to All,Sandra Buckles
Everyone was great and seemed to want to please in every phase of the loan process. Could not be any happier with the help given to me and my wife.
I had a great time working with Jacob he was very professional and I enjoyed the experiance

I was happy with Steve, but the process took much longer than I had anticipated. I understand the heavy volume of homes being refinanced, but it seemed I had to pull for information quite a bit.
I can't think of any ways improve the already excellent service.
My experience was very good.they answered all of our questions and any problems and concerns,so Ihave no advice
I think everything went very smoothly and everything was great.
Just keep doing what you are doing.
I do not know how you could improve from your current status, my loan officer Bill Musick was the most professional person I have dealt with when trying to get a home loan he made the process very easy.

In my situation there was often miscommunication or lack of communication between my realtor and VUHL. The lack of communication caused my closing date to be up in the air and I nor my realtor knew what the closing date was. My realtor had suggested we would be able to close on one day and when I informed VUHL they had advised they didnt know anything about a closing date and such date wasnt going to be possible, therefore my realtor had to reschedule the closing date; but only after my realtor and VUHL started communicating.
we were lead to believe that we were getting a certain amount on our loan and when we got to the closing the amount on the papers was different. Nothing was said about only getting 90% of the loan until we were at the closing. we also have well water and had get a water test, we had to get two different test because we were not told the right test to get. and in the state of oklahoma no one will come to your house to collect the water sample. that needs to be addressed.
well when you have worker like Mr. Neil theres nothing to improved, VUHL workers from my expetienced are exceltional on the field
The only issue that we had was when we worked with someone "under" our loan officer. She had requested quite a bit of paperwork. Due to the technology available to us, we faxed all of this information. Included in the fax was a cover sheet stating that there was a total of 16 pages in the fax. 2-3 days later we get an e-mail that she is still needing a large majority of those items. When I questioned this, she said that she only received 4 pages. It was quite frustrating that she didn't contact us right away letting us know that all pages were not received. Other than that - it was pretty simple.
