Overall experience was great. Very responsive and knowledgeable team. All my questions, emails, and phone calls were quickly and efficiently handled. I was very please with the overall service.
I felt this was a much longer process then it should of been or need to be, my loan officer was great and worked extra hard to help but often her hands were tied she was out of the loop and she did lack in some knowledge. i feel that the officers need to be better educated.
If not for my representative Lance I would have canceled my loan process. We encountered many roadblocks that Lance skillfully maneuvered.
