Loved working with thisbteam. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home
Mr. Hanson displayed not only a thorough knowledge of the home loan/buying process but an understanding and appreciation for veterans new to the process. Jake constantly stayed in contact with me during my application and offered insights whenever I had questions. He was exemplary in his conduct and performed as a consummate professional. I feel I was extremely fortunate that Mr. Hanson worked my file. He is a great asset to the veteran community and I wish him every success in his career.

When I first came accross The Veterans United loans, I believed it was just another loan company just looking for business. After talking with Jeff, I saw a possible retirement within reach. It all seamed like a dream at first, but soon became a reality. i built an 1860 square foot home to my specifications and watched the house go up weekly. Now I am so itchy to move there.
The bottom line is that the team at Veterans United Homes made iy all possible.

thank you Tyler if and your team
Overall, this experience was painless. This was my first experience buying a home and heard the process was a nightmare. Micheal made this experience a breeze and almost made it to good to be true. Thanks for the awesome experience.
Blake Wollard and Lauren Schumer provided us a very pleasant home buying experience during a very stressful time. Their expertise and patience with us gave us the confidence to follow through with the home purchasing process. We would definitely recommend Veterans United to anyone wanting to purchase home. Thank-you for employing wonderful people to assist us during the home buying process.
The underwriting department left a black mark on the overall experience for me. The stunt they pulled the night before closing completely lacked professionalism. I feel a written explanation and a written apology is owed to me for their untimely actions.
I checked a week before closing and at that point the only thing they were waiting on was the title search from the closing attorney. This should have meant that all financial situations had been considered and approved.
Additionally, the divorce decree that they requested, was apparently not good enough. They actually had the nerve to tell me it wasn't good enough and that I needed a letter from the judge! Their rationalization was because the decree didn't mention child support. I had informed them on numerous occasions that I don't have court ordered child support and the decree proved that.
Please bear in mind that all of this not only came the day before closing, it was about ten minutes before their entire office was going home for the day.
Nick made us feel very comfortable when contacting him with questions and advice.
