Several issues in getting final doc to title company. Not sure where issues were, i.e title or veterans or both.

Overall the experience was good. My team worked hard and got me the house I wanted for a good deal and little out of pocket expenses. There were some snags with my case in particular that had to be dealt with and we had some slight communication issues with the team when things went wrong a couple times. It was a grueling process and frustrating at times but in the end I am in my home and that's what matters.

One big negative...you do not offer a one time float down on rates once you lock a rate in.
The whole home buying team was great. Answered all our questions and did a very good job explaining things that we had questions on. Very knowledgeable on when to lock in the interest rate and when to wait it out to see if it gets better. All in all very excellent team, would use them again.
