In the beginning, I didn't know what I was getting into when I filled in the survey and felt a bit wary in giving my details to a "random" website to buy a home. But Randelle called me immediately and after a short conversation she was able to settle my nerves on buying a home and the process. The VU team connected me with my Real-estate agent Jennifer who has been amazing from the beginning, Sam and & Ryan have been truly an amazing force to reckon when getting after the deliverables. They really did keep me focused and sometimes crazy with all the "to do" lists they kept stacking on me as I knocked them out more just kept coming LOL.
I was truly blessed to been assigned an amazing group of people, thank you so much for helping find and secure my first home as I return back to the USA.

As a first time home buyer, going through the home buying process was stressful. The key is to have a good team. Having a team which those people know each other and having experience working with one another is key for a smooth transition throughout the process. A lot of of things were throw out each and everyday. A lot of confusing terminologies were put out. It was helpful that someone like Harry takes the time to txt or call regarding any questions or concerns. He and my agent Melissa Gates helped me and my wife buy our first home. We definitely recommend them.
