Well I’ve never bought a home before and clicked on an add for Veterans United and found out that they were a company dedicated to serving veterans and helping us navigate the process of buying a house. As a disabled veteran I was guided through the process to an amazing 3 br 2 Ba 2100 square foot home that had an additional space that I turned into my recording studio! Now I get to make the 3 albums that I owe to my record label in a comfortable place where I can record 24 hours a day in peace without disturbing my neighbors. Thank you Veterans United! Now I’m living my best life rocking out on my own property. I couldn’t have done it without ya! Bless!
When I started this experience I felt like it was the first day of kindergarten, I didn't know anything, didn't know where to go or what to do, and was absolutely terrified! John, Austin, and Haley became my teachers. They showed me everything I needed to do, explained all the things I didn't know, and became like friends to me! I am so grateful they were there for me! I am now spending night number 2 in my very first home and it is all thanks to them and Veterans United! Thank you all for helping me come home!
I'm a bit of an odd person to most. A bit socially awkward with a memory that can only hold down 1 bit of information at a time. While speaking with my team here, I am sure I asked the same question a few times even possibly in the same 5 minute conversation. This can tend to get people a bit less hospitable. Everyone seemed to be happy to repeat the answer without any impatient and I cannot stress how much I appreciate that. I hate to be the person who causes someone's day to be worse in any way. They were all so helpful and patient.
The team we felt with was very exceptional. Kat Heather and the crew were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable it made our experience easier. My wife and I would recommend them for any home buyer a BIG thank you to them.

This process was very easy and exciting. Although we encountered some issues, mostly from the selling team, the process was enjoyable. Veterans United, especially Matt, was amazing in making our dream come true. He worked diligently to get us to the finish line. We will forever be grateful to him and his team.
My loan team was awesome! If I had any questions or concerns they always picked up the phone, or got back to me very quickly, and they were always very fast to process any paper work I had to send on my end.
As a whole I think the team did an excellent job!

Overall, looking at the team from a management standpoint, I can see this being a transformational team. Keep respecting one another.
My only complaint was the appraiser would tell us one thing then send in a diffreport to VU.
This was a very stressful experience. I was not even excited about buying a house. There was such a lack of communication on the team. I did everything that was asked and more things kept popping up. I was debating just giving up and signing a new lease. I know its normal to have some stress but even my realtor said it was a lot. I wanted to reselect my whole team. I appreciate Tyler lowering my interest rate but this was hell. I cried and drank more through buying this house than I was excited about it. I am happy to finally be in it but I would not have it go the way it has gone.
