During the loan process, especially being a first time home buyer...the process can be stressful. There were a few times where information wasn't freely passed, unless I specifically asked for the information...for example, the appraisal. I got a generic estimate of when it might happen, but then no one told me when it was completed, and didn't send the completed paperwork. All in all, everything else went well. If I did have a question, my team was very quick to answer.
My only complaint would be the how slow the appraiser was. VUHL may want to be a little more selective of the appraisers they use.
My experience was great. Ben Muzzey did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond to make the loan an go very smoothly. Ben Muzzey is great at what he does. Just to let u know he is a great asset to the company.
First have officers that know there jobs so that they can help veterans better. Also officers that take the responsibility for they own mistakes.
I can't think of any improvements that could have made for better serivce with our loan, from being to closing we have very happy with VUHL. Thanks for your service.
Overall, the experience was good. There was some miscommunication about documents though. There were also very long periods without any status updates. I know some of that was because I applied right before the holidays and things are backed up. It also feels weird. I signed a bunch of documents but don't feel like it is fully closed. That is probably just how it is with the refinance. I don't know that VUHL could change that.
Tyler did an excellent job moving things along. I gave him a hard time regarding numbers that kept going up. Understanding that all numbers aren't official until closing I think you'd do a greater service to your customers with more level setting and overestimating.
You are doing excellent!
Having more of an understanding to first time home buyers by giving a better explanations on certain things. Provide a better emphasis in helping out actual veterans.
TYLER SADICH AND JASON BROWN DID VERY GOOD WORK AND I COMMEND THEM FOR THEIR PATIENCE AND HARD WORK ATB THIS 4 INCH PACKAGE. HOWEVER, THE UNDERWRITERS WERE SO DEMANDING AND WANTED SO MUCH FOOLISH INFORMATION THAT I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THEM!THE APPRAISER AND NOTARY PUBLIC WAS ALSO A BAD EXPERIENCE AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND EITHER OF THEMTHE CHECK WAS A DAY LATER THAN ADVERTISED IN ARRIVING.
was great experience
I think things went pretty smoothly.
Nothing - Don, Jeff and Codi were wonderful. Thank you very much.
Not charge such a high fee to use the VA loan. I thought it was a benefit, not something you had to pay for.I ended up paying all the closing costs which made my payments much higher.
I'm not sure. Things went great.
My direct experince with members of your team were excellent. The only recomendation would be to somehow ensure that others that are envolved in the process, ie. insurance companies, title companies ect. did their jobs at the same level. The comparison, while fact based put your company head and shoulders above the others that I delt with in this process.

Experience first-hand why 376,455 homeowners give us a perfect score!
Experience was excellent. Just keep doing what you're doing.
look into the person who did my appraisal I had more than just my group of people having issues with him I work with a lot of vets they knew his name also and not for good reasons
Full disclosure of information from staff members when discussing topics and changes. This is for the staff not the loan officer. Maybe more consistent and constant contact throughout the whole process. Instead of a ton at the beginning and dropping off later in the process.
You should always be compassion with veterans because they have gone through a lot serving in the military.
