Everything was great!
Making sure delays in signing can be cut out. Use a more dependable appraisal inspector
I am not sure @ this point if I can think of any thing. The Loan Officer we worked with was excellent in helping understand this entire process & the Team that helped & guided us thru all the questions were excellent as well. They were fast & steady keeping us posted as what to do next every step of the way.
As of yet nothing comes to mind
Advertise VUHL availability at major banks (don't know if that is legal or against standard practice) to increase awareness for younger military families.
Not sure how you would do this, but it would be helpful if the borrower could be made aware of the excessive amount of paper work required. There were times I felt like quitting.
I would have to say that my overall experience with VUHL was better that I could had ever expected. And i cannot think of anything negative throughout my process.
I see no problems to improve.
I REALLY DON'T. I WAS TOLD BY SO MANY PEOPLE WHAT A LONG DRAWN OUT TIME I WAS GOING TO HAVE WITH ALL THE DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THE TONS OF PAPER WORK I HAD TO GET THROUGH. BUT THAT WASN'T THE CASE FOR ME ALL THE PEOPLE I DELT WITH WERE EXTREMELY HELP HELPFUL FROM START TO FINISH.. THANKS TO YOUALL AND TO YOU MIKE.KENT
This loan process was too long even with our loan officer working very hard for us.
Just keep up the great work

Be familiar with policies so promises aren't made that can't be kept.
Celina is such an asset to your team! She cared about every stepOf the way! Maureen was very thorough and assisted in every move if the final moments!I can't thank them enough:)
Fixing the communication issues between the loan officer and the client, it took 3 months to close our loan, I went days with out hearing from the loan officer, no e-mails, not returning calls, this was a straight purchase, not a short sales . overall I thought the whole process was rediculious, I provided the same information more than once. often I was given the wrong information or not all the infromation I needed. At one point I was en route to the closing when my loan officer e-mailed me to tell me that the closing would have to be rescheduled due to paper work issues, I had driven 85 miles to close the loan and had to turn around and go home, I found out about from my realestate agent, not form Eric Soete.
Some documents seemed redundant, other then that, quick and easy!
I dont believe you could do more. From start to finish it was a great experince. as a vet and first time home buyer this was painless. Thanks to all who worked so hard to get my family in a new home. God Bless . Michael Korte
Make the compliance section easier for us, provide more of a detailed list to get everything we need to submit. Communication between our loan officer and our realtor was a little short and inconsistent. Otherwise no other recommendations.
I had a wonderful experience. Nathan was great, always available and helpful.
The loan took almost 6 months to be completed. That is way too long. Other companies take 2-3 weeks. I don't think a loan has to take this long. That is m y only complain.-
They were all very helpful and just a phone call away. I suggust that on final signing of the paper work there be a person ther that understands what I am signing, not just a seperate Notery Public who knows nothing about details of the final documents.
There is really no area to improve on, just keep providing excellent customer service!

Many Military and Veterans organizations have their own monthly publications, e.g. Leatherneck Magazine for Marines; I would advertise more frequently in these magazines.
This was my first home buying experience, and I must say it was not without its rough spots, but it really wasn't that bad. The team helping me was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process.
