I was very pleased with the team at Veterans United. I had been working with two other lenders who didn’t seem interested in my business and lacked the knowledge of VA loans needed to help me navigate the process. As a first time homebuyer, I had questions but kept getting the run around. From the very first call from VU, I was told I qualified and they would get me through all the unique challenges my situation had. Although I was not very hopeful, they never swayed from the opinion I was going to be approved,. Ironically, on my closing day, one of the other lenders reached out to see if I was ready to work with them on “next steps.” I thanked them but explained I had gone with VU who not only had me qualified, but helped me find my house and got me approved. They promptly hung up. I’m so happy I found Veterans United!
The entire teams top priority was making sure we understood and were prepared for every step in our home buying process, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. If we had questions, they were promptly and completely answered. If we needed support in any aspect of the process, the team was ready to step in and engage as needed.
