Veterans United made the process of buying a house a piece of cake, this was my first time and I hardly lifted a finger other than to sign paperwork!
The whole team Dylan, Haley, and Dawn were awesome, they were so nice, so helpful, knew everything every step of the way and made buying my first house a breeze. They were thoughtful enough to get our dog a toy and some treats for the new yard, and they were always a phone call or text or email away. If you are looking at buying a home, are a veteran and have never done it, or maybe refinancing Veterans United I would say would be unmatched and 100% recommend them. I will be staying with them for sure. I appreciate everything Dylan, Dawn, and Haley did, and I thank you all!!

It was a pleasure to work with y'all! It was nice having everything all tied together on one page. Moving is stressful enough but having everything conveniently in one location made it a little less stressful.
Veterans United is likely a great option for someone living on the East coast; not so much for someone living on the West coast who can't receive calls during work hours. No one on the loan team is available to speak with after-hours or Sundays, so majority of communication was delayed and by email mostly. It wasn't a great fit for us.
