Veterans often need more guidance through the loan process and services available. We received this guidance and support whenever needed.
I did not like finding out requirements a month into the process after already being approved... 7 days from closing still asking for documents moving the goal post. Using "Veterans" as a term to grab us but not respecting a veterans monetary means is diabolical. I would NOT recommend a Veteran to use this lender. Justin was nice but V.U business practiced overall is questionable. I have purchased a home before so I have something to compare it to and THIS was not IT
Jen is a true professional at what she does with her clients. Jen makes her clients feel more at ease when explaining the process, whether it's refinancing or streamlining your VA home loans. She is the best. PERIOD!
