Never have i felt so secure with a business (hate calling them that, i felt more like they were my friends in my corner) they had me comfortable with the whole journey. Emily I believe was my loan officer, she too was awesome. Emily was my best friend thru this process. She was patient & kind when fielding my thousands of questions, listened to my rants when I was stressing. Not all of which had to do with buying the house. She was truly great a real sweetheart. Everyone was very helpful. Willing to answer all my questions in a timely manner. When ever they didn't know something they found out and got back to me in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend and when it comes time to buy again will be going with them first.

Going through Veterns United was the best decision I had ever made. The whole team with United Veterns was always willing to help and point me at the right direction. They were also understanding that this was my first time buying a home and they helped me every step of the way by getting me connected to an amazing realtor and having many people being an available resource.

I'm very happy that we went with VU for our first time home purchase. They were understanding that we were newbies, and did what they could to help us.
I couldn't put it all on the VU team, there's a lot of moving parts during closing. I just felt a little out of the loop when it came to closing. Better communication between the multiple teams involved in closing could prevent a lot of confusion.
Our entire team from Anna to Tiffany and everyone between made this a seamless process and as stress free as possible! Unfortunately do to medical issues we lost both of our cats during the process and The extra mile of the care package for our pets was a very heartwarming surprise and came just days before the loss of our second cat. I feel like I could set here all day and still not be able to express how pleasant this experience has been and I know it’s all due to choosing this team for our lending!
