Lot of issues I went through as a first time buyer. Biggest obstacle was the underwriting process and the communication between all parties involved. The constant submission of entering paystubs for over a month span to close was unnecesary, i think.The instructions were not very clear until after mistakes were made. Detailed instructions were then provided with examples or references where this should have been provided at the beginning of the process.updates were not sent in a timely manner to the customer or all parties involved. More issues arose after we had a closing date. Only to be informed to resubmit yet another set of documents that were previously submitted delaying our closing date.Just not a good experience as a first time buyer to go through!

The back-and-forth with paystubs and the delays in communication sound like a major headache, and that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers.

Overall, the this experience definitely gave a home-run hit. Everyone was responsive and quick to make sure we were able to close on time. They made quick work with organizing the services needed to close and that was my most reassuring matter that assured I had the perfect team to work with. The entire team was outstanding during the entire home buying process. Buying a home nearly 3,000 miles away from our current one was a bit stressful and scary at time.
