This was a smooth process with no problems. We paused the buying process to figure out if we were going to live near family or a lake, we chose family. Everyone we talked to at VU understood and let us take our time deciding on a place to live without pushing us to make a decision. If we buy a vacation home in the future we will use Veterans United.

Mr. Hayward was phenomenal and and so was the concierge team. There were some hiccups with the closing paperwork not arriving until a few hours before the closing appointment which made things a bit difficult. Additionally, there was a team member who was a bit rude at times with her responses, but I will not take it personally. All in all, I highly recommend Veterans United to all veterans looking to purchase a home.
