Zach is one of my favorite Loan officers! He has excellent communication. Zach is super responsive to inquiries and works as a partner. Not to mention he got my deal clear to close in just 14 days
We actually had gone to another loan servicer prior to using VU and we didn't have a good experience. We tried VU based on recommendations from family who have used them previously and praised their experience there. From start to finish everyone was very professional, quick to answer our questions thoroughly, and even got us a housewarming gift. Trevor and Jennifer were both so great and we will let everyone we know who is going through a house-buying process, go through them for a stress-free experience!
