My experience working with Veterans United was a super easy process. I was nervous at first, because I was thinking that I’m a young 30 year old, that wouldn’t even know where to go or what to do when it comes to purchasing a home. Veterans United made it very easy, they guide me step by step throughout the entire process. If I didn’t know something or wasn’t clear with anything I bumped into, I would ask and they had the resources and tools to help. All you have to do is make a call and they are there to help! Overall experience was good, and the mortgage team was very helpful and explanatory throughout the home-buying process. However, there were some documents that got missed/didn't get sent over to me in time, and our closing got pushed from a Friday to a Monday due to a 3-day waiting period pertaining to the final appraisal review. Aside from that, I would recommend.

The entire process was rapid, taking about 35 days from the initial offer to closing. It was done entirely online without needing to visit anyone's office. I recommended Veterans United to two of my coworkers, who are relocating back to the United States this summer.
