Not bad customer service and they were able to get me a good rate. I would say if you are a first time home buyer ask a lot of questions to other recent first time home buyers, as the team will assume you know quite a bit, and if you have not already gone to the process there are going to be questions you don't know you should ask. I would think that an experienced team working with the first time home buyer would be more sensitive to that.
I can not say enough about the professionals representing Veterans United. My loan team was cohesive, communicative, and extremely attentive throughout the entire process. From start to finish they went out of their way to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner and any hiccups were addressed immediately.
